Each Omora Living piece is individually handcrafted and finished to order in their Melbourne studio. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared for dispatch.

Orders are carefully packaged to help ensure your piece arrives safely. Once dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and Australia Post or carrier timeframes.

As each Omora Living piece is individually handcrafted, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with Omora Living to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund where applicable.

Please note that every Omora piece is handcrafted and beautifully unique. Small variations in colour, texture, pattern and finish are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.
