Warranty Policy

All products sold by Havenly House and Home include a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise specified on the product listing. This warranty is provided by the product supplier and covers manufacturing faults and defects.

All products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This warranty does not limit your rights under consumer law.

Some products may come with a different warranty period as specified on the product listing. Please refer to the individual product page for any extended warranty information.


What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Missing parts upon delivery

  • Damage caused during transit


What is Not Covered

  • Damage due to misuse or neglect

  • Improper assembly or handling

  • General wear and tear

  • Unauthorised modifications

  • Damage occurring during self-transport or personal handling of the goods

  • Insignificant minor imperfections or cosmetic blemishes

  • Minor variations in colour, grain, or finish that do not affect function


How to Make a Warranty Claim

To lodge a warranty claim, please email returns@havenlyhouseandhome.com.au with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the fault or damage

Images and videos must be clear and of sufficient quality to show the issue. Blurry or low-resolution images may delay assessment.

Please keep the product until your claim is resolved, as we may request its return or inspection.

Please do not dispose of the item before your claim has been finalised, as we may request inspection. Disposal before resolution may void your claim.

Please do not return any products unless instructed to do so. If a return is required, we will provide you with a return label and instructions.

In some cases, if a product must be returned to us or the supplier, you may be responsible for the reasonable cost of return postage unless otherwise stated or required under Australian Consumer Law.


Resolution Options

In addition to the Havenly House and Home Warranty, your purchase is protected by the Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Depending on the issue and product availability, we may offer:

  • Replacement parts

  • A replacement product

  • A partial or full refund

  • Store credit

We assess each claim individually to determine the best and fairest outcome.
