6. Shipping and Delivery

All products are shipped directly from our suppliers’ distribution centres within Australia.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Estimated Dispatch Timeframes:
Most products dispatch within 1–4 business days, while made-to-order, custom, or bulky items may take longer. If delays occur, we will contact you with an update.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has left the warehouse.

  • Metro areas: 3–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

  • Remote areas: delivery times may vary.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Authority to Leave (ATL):
If you provide ATL at checkout, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe location at your address. Havenly House and Home is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the parcel has been delivered to the specified location.

Multiple Shipments:
If your order includes items from different suppliers, they may be shipped separately. Tracking information will be provided for each parcel where available.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, redelivery fees may apply.

Freight Quotes for Bulky Items:
Certain large or heavy items may require a custom freight quote before checkout. Details are provided on relevant product pages.

Shipping Coverage:
We currently deliver Australia-wide. Some remote or regional areas may have limited delivery options or incur additional fees.

7. Gift Cards

Havenly House and Home offers digital gift cards, delivered via email to the recipient’s address provided at checkout.
Gift cards can be used on our website until the balance is spent.
They do not expire, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Treat your gift card like cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to verify identity or payment details if needed.
Orders may be cancelled or limited at our discretion.
