For the best candle performance, trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn.

During the first use, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface of the candle to help prevent tunnelling and encourage an even burn.

Do not burn the candle for longer than four hours at a time. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it away from children, pets, drafts and flammable materials.

Discontinue use when approximately 10mm of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.

A 5% cancellation fee will apply, which will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover non-refundable service fees.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your parcel if an item is faulty or damaged. We will organise a replacement once we’ve been notified.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you wish to return an item, you will be issued with a store credit once your return has been received and inspected.

Important Notes on Store Credit

Store credit can only be redeemed on Simply Amore products.
Credit will be issued once the returned parcel has arrived back in its original condition and packaging.
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
