LAC Designs & Prints orders are prepared and dispatched directly from Sydney within 1–3 business days.

Please allow a little extra processing time during peak sales periods. Shipping is available Australia-wide, with delivery timeframes varying depending on your location and Australia Post.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Returns may be requested through Havenly House & Home within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Custom, personalised or specially made products cannot be returned. Please contact Havenly House & Home before returning an item so we can assist you with the next steps.
