A 30-day return policy applies from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused with original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If the return is approved, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Orders should be inspected upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact should be made immediately so the issue can be assessed and resolved appropriately.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for faulty or damaged items. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, confirmation will be provided regarding approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to complete the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact returns@havenlyhouseandhome.com.au for assistance.

  • Returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.

Exchanges

If a replacement item is desired, a new order should be placed once the return has been approved.
