Tracking

Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at returns@havenlyhouseandhome.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
