Choosing your furniture
Please check the dimensions, colour, finish and suitability of your chosen item before ordering. If measurements or access are a concern, we’re happy to help you check the details.

Change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind returns are considered by request and are not automatically accepted. Written approval is required before any furniture is returned.

Please contact us immediately if you would like to request a return. Our supplier’s approved-return window requires goods to be returned within 7 days of delivery, so requests need to be raised promptly.

If approved:

• The item must be in its original delivered condition, with its packaging, instructions and accessories.
• A handling fee of up to 20% of the returned item’s value, plus applicable freight costs, may apply.
• We’ll confirm eligibility, charges and whether a refund or credit is offered before you proceed.

Custom-made and non-stock special-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These conditions do not apply to remedies you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Availability of cancellation depends on the order’s progress, and charges may apply for costs already incurred. We’ll explain any applicable charges when assessing your request.

Custom-made and non-stock special orders cannot be cancelled for change of mind once production has commenced.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Email returns@havenlyhouseandhome.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where possible.

For damage or missing items noticed on delivery, please contact us promptly, ideally within 48 hours. This helps us investigate quickly and does not remove your rights if a fault is discovered later.

Please retain packaging where practical, but original packaging is not a requirement for exercising your rights in relation to faulty goods.

Warranty support
Berton’s published terms include a 12-month workmanship warranty, subject to its conditions. Additional product-specific warranty information may accompany your furniture. Contact Havenly House & Home for assistance with a claim.

Manufacturer warranties are additional to your Australian Consumer Law rights, which may continue beyond the stated warranty period.

Arranging a return
Please contact us before sending furniture back so we can arrange the correct return address and transport instructions. For faulty items, we’ll assist with return or collection arrangements as required by Australian Consumer Law.
