Merino Wool Dryer Balls

When you must use the dryer, throw in a few of these 100% organic Merino Wool balls to cut down drying time up to 30% saving a heap of electricity. Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil for amazingly fresh scented laundry.

Natural Soap Nuts 250g

100% natural, also known as 'soap berries', they grow on trees in the Himalayas and contain saponin which is the foaming agent. Use for toxic free soap by adding 5 berries to the extra drawstring bag and throw into your wash. Add a few drops of pure and natural essential oils also to make sure your clothes smell freshly divine! 

Pure Australian Essential Oils by 'Essentially Australia'

- So thrilled to be collaborating with this leading Aussie Essential oil brand that uses native flora to create their sublime oils. We have two in this Eco Laundry Box - 'Eucalyptus Australiana' & 'Eucalyptus LemonBark'. Pop a few drops of either oil into your washing machine when you use the soapberries or onto your wool dryer balls to scent your clothes. Other Uses: Can also be diffused or combined with a carrier oil and used topically. Add a few drops into a bath.

Stainless Steel Pegs

- 16 pegs in a drawstring cotton bag. Created from one piece of Grade 201 stainless steel wire, there are 4 varying sizes from small to extra large. Super strong, durable, recyclable. Strong enough to hang sneakers, delicate enough for underwear and there are no edges to catch fibres to will look after your clothes.  A must-have alternative to plastic pegs.

Eco-Conscious Packaging

All products are thoughtfully packed using recycled boxes and materials, many of which have been repurposed from local retailers and community sources to reduce waste. Any bubble wrap used is 100% recycled, ensuring packaging remains eco-friendly from start to finish.

The focus is on what’s inside — beautifully crafted, sustainable products delivered with care for both the customer and the planet.

Compostable Hero Packaging

For smaller items, Hero Packaging compostable mailers are used. These innovative mailers are made from 30% plant-based materials (PLA) and 70% certified compostable PBAT, a biodegradable polymer that breaks down completely within 90–120 days in a home composting environment.

Each mailer features two adhesive strips, allowing it to be reused before composting — a simple way to extend its life and further reduce waste.

Composting Instructions:

To compost Hero mailers at home:

  1. Remove any non-compostable labels.
  2. Cut the mailer into smaller pieces.
  3. Place it in a home compost bin or green waste system.

    The material will break down within 90–120 days, leaving no toxic residue behind.

Carbon-Neutral Delivery

Orders are shipped through Australia Post and Sendle, both of which offer carbon-neutral parcel delivery programs to offset emissions from transport.

This approach ensures every parcel contributes as little environmental impact as possible while maintaining a high standard of delivery reliability.

Orders are shipped Australia wide Monday to Friday, typically within 1–2 business days of being placed. In many cases, orders are dispatched the same day if received before 2pm.

Deliveries to addresses outside of major metropolitan areas (150km+) may take a little longer to arrive. On average, please allow an additional 2–5 business days for regional locations.

Shipping Rates:

  • Orders under $80: Flat Rate of $10
  • Orders over $80: Free Standard Shipping
  • Orders over $150: Free Express Shipping

Tracking details are provided once dispatch has occurred, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout. A separate email containing your tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on location, courier schedules, and external factors such as weather or seasonal demand.

Customer satisfaction is important, and returns or exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase for eligible items.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exclusions

  • Gift vouchers are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email returns@havenlyhouseandhome.com.au with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as lost return parcels cannot be guaranteed or refunded.

Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
