Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at returns@havenlyhouseandhome.com.au with your order details and photos of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement or exchange once the item has been assessed.

  • Washed or cared for incorrectly against care instructions

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Returned with original packaging where possible
