At Havenly House & Home, we aim to make furniture delivery smooth and stress-free. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed once payment has been received in full.
  
• Standard processing times vary depending on stock availability. You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays.
  

Delivery Options

We offer two levels of delivery service:

1. Standard Delivery (Flat-Pack): Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Delivery is to the curbside, loading dock, or ground-level entrance only. Assembly and packaging removal are not included.
   
2. Premium Delivery: For an additional fee, this service includes delivery to your room of choice, assembly, installation, and removal of all packaging.
   

Delivery Conditions

• Delivery is available Australia-wide.
  
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery access is suitable for the products ordered. Please measure doorways, stairwells, and access points to confirm your items will fit.
  
• If redelivery is required due to incorrect details, missed delivery, or access restrictions, additional charges may apply.
  

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery times vary depending on location, courier schedules, and product size. Most metro deliveries occur within 5–10 business days, while regional areas may take longer.
  
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by peak periods, courier delays, or unforeseen events.
  

Tracking & Notifications

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and updates via our delivery partner’s system.
  
• You will be notified of your expected delivery day and, where possible, a delivery window.
  

Missed Deliveries

• If you are not available to accept delivery, your order may be returned to the depot and a redelivery fee may apply.
  
• Authority to Leave (ATL) may be available for certain products. Please note that if you choose ATL, Havenly House & Home is not responsible for loss or theft once the order has been delivered.
  

Risk of Loss & Damage

• Risk passes to the customer once the product has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  
• All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. Please check your delivery on arrival and notify us within 48 hours if there is visible damage so we can assist.
  

Unforeseen Delays

While we work with trusted delivery partners, Havenly House & Home cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates or times. External factors such as weather, courier delays, or peak periods may impact delivery schedules.

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delays, redelivery charges, or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete information.
  
• For bulky or fragile items, additional delivery charges may apply depending on your location and access requirements. If this applies, you will be advised before delivery is confirmed.
