    All cards are handmade to order. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 business day. For larger orders, dispatch may take slightly longer.

    Delivery Timeframes
    Standard delivery within Australia is usually 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

    Faulty or Incorrect Items
    In the rare event your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at returns@havenlyhouseandhome.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
