Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You understand that your content (not including credit card details) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted.

6. Gift Cards

Havenly House and Home offers digital gift cards for purchase through our website. Gift cards are delivered via email to the recipient’s email address provided at checkout and include a link with instructions for use.

Gift cards can be redeemed for products available on havenlyhouseandhome.com.au and may be used over multiple transactions until the balance is fully spent. If a purchase exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an alternative payment method.

Gift cards do not expire. They are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. We recommend treating your gift card like cash.

By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these terms.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to implement fraud detection and identity verification processes on any order. This may include requesting valid identification or additional payment confirmation. If we suspect that an order is not legitimate, we may place it on hold or cancel it at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. We may limit quantities per customer, per household or per order.
