Each piece is designed with a relaxed coastal feel and is made individually, meaning no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.

Natural variations in colour, marbling, texture and finish are part of the handmade character of every Sunday Tide Coastal piece.

Every Sunday Tide Coastal piece is individually poured and finished by hand.

Small variations in colour, marbling, texture, tiny air bubbles and finish are natural characteristics of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

As each piece is hand-poured, marbling and colour placement will vary from piece to piece, making every item unique.

Sunday Tide Coastal products are intended for decorative use and have not been tested or certified for direct food contact.

Vases, jars and vessels are intended for decorative use unless an individual product listing specifically states otherwise.

Wipe gently with a soft damp cloth.

Do not soak or place in a dishwasher.

Avoid harsh cleaners, abrasive materials and prolonged contact with strongly coloured or oily substances.

Sunday Tide Coastal products are handmade in small batches and are dispatched directly to you by Sunday Tide Coastal.

Ready-to-ship items are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days once your order has been confirmed.

Larger or made-to-order quantities may require approximately 2–4 weeks depending on production capacity.

Shipping is $16 per order.

Orders over $100 receive free shipping.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

As Sunday Tide Coastal pieces are handmade, change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted.

Please check product measurements, colour information and descriptions carefully before placing your order. Any exception to the change-of-mind policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If your item arrives damaged or is genuinely faulty, please contact Havenly House & Home as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We’ll work directly with Sunday Tide Coastal to arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy.
