Damaged or Incorrect Items
Orders should be inspected upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact returns@havenlyhouseandhome.com.au within three (3) days of delivery so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.

A 30-day return policy applies from the date of delivery on eligible items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Return Exclusions

  • Engraved or personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, email returns@havenlyhouseandhome.com.au with your order details and reason for return. If approved, return instructions and shipping information will be provided.

Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Refund Process
Once a return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
