To be eligible for a refund, the industrial shelf bookshelf must be unopened and in brand new condition. The customer is responsible for organizing the return shipment. Upon receipt and verification of the product's condition, a refund will be issued for the item value, minus a 15% restocking fee (excluding initial shipping costs). Please note that in cases where delivery failure occurs due to customer error, an additional return charge, equal to or exceeding the initial shipping cost, will be deducted from the refund amount.
