HOW TO USE

  • Turn on your shower and set water to desired temperature
  • Unwrap your steamer and place outer packaging in recycling
  • Place Steamer on your shower floor ensuring hot water runs over it to activate ingredients
    Position the steamer off to the side where it will continue to get wet but not drenched
  • The placement is most important to ensure maximum benefits! Prevent the Steamer from being in a constant, heavy flow of water to maximise its longevity & Aromatherapy benefits
  • As the Steamer dissolves, the Essential Oils will be released It’s time to relax, inhale deeply and enjoy the experience!
  • Each Steamer is designed for a single shower use; however, they do last a while!
  • If you choose to use over two or more showers, simply place the steamer up on a dry surface, completely out of any water in between uses!
  • All Steamers contain very high concentrations of Essential Oils & Menthol. DO NOT use as a bath bomb or directly on your skin
  • Prior To Use: Please check with your Health Professional if Pregnant, Nursing, Using with Children, have any skin sensitivities or health concerns
  • Avoid any contact with face & eyes. Always wash hands thoroughly after handling.
  • Please take caution when getting in and out of your shower.
  • Due to the high concentration of essential oils used, oil residue may be present on the floor surface and could become slippery.
  • Keep the steamer wrapped securely in packaging to ensure quality.
  • Store in a dry, cool place away from humidity, direct sunlight and moisture.
  • We recommend using our Steamers within 2-3 months (maximum) to ensure the product is at its optimal performance.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your parcel has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the time of year:

  • Standard delivery: 3–14 business days after dispatch
  • Please allow extra time during peak and holiday seasons

You can track your order via the AusPost app or by entering your tracking number on the Australia Post website.

  • Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels: Calm & Cozy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they have been lodged with Australia Post. Should this occur, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for change of mind, incorrect orders, or on sale items.
  • Damaged Items: Every order is packaged with care. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for further information.
  • Order Finality: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Please check your cart and delivery details carefully before completing payment.

General Policy
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there has been an error on our part.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for:

  • Incorrect orders placed at checkout
  • Sale items

Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, the sale is final and no changes can be made. Please ensure all items are in your cart and your shipping address is correct before completing payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
All items are carefully checked and packaged in perfect condition before leaving our premises. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue.

In the rare event this occurs, please email us at returns@havenlyhouseandhome.com.au with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Time and date stamped photos of the item and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Upon review, we may offer a replacement of the same product or a product of equal value. Calm & Cozy reserves the right to refuse a replacement at their discretion.

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, Calm & Cozy has no control over handling, delivery timeframes, or the condition of the package in transit. For missing, lost, or stolen parcels, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
