Naturally harvested Dead Sea Salt, Pure Magnesium Flakes, Pink Himalayan Salt, Epsom Salt, Bentonite Clay, Pure Essential Oil – Peppermint (Mentha Arvensis), Dried Organic Botanicals.

  1. Prep your foot spa or a shallow container with warm water.
  2. Ensure the water is deep enough to cover your feet.
  3. Add 1-2 tablespoons of Foot Soak & swirl until dissolved.
  4. Immerse your feet in the water & soak for at least 5 minutes – Sit back & relax!
  5. After soaking, gently pat your feet dry with a towel.
  6. If desired, apply moisturiser to seal in hydration.
  7. Empty foot spa and dry thoroughly.
  • Patch test – If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
  • Seek advice from your health professional if pregnant, nursing, have heart/kidney disease, use with children or have any skin conditions, sensitivities or allergies.
  • Do not use if skin is broken, has any open wounds, infection or burns.
  • Avoid dried botanicals going down or in the drain. Remove before letting the water out and dispose of in your bin.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your parcel has been shipped.

  • Order Finality: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Please check your cart and delivery details carefully before completing payment.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there has been an error on our part.

Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, the sale is final and no changes can be made. Please ensure all items are in your cart and your shipping address is correct before completing payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
All items are carefully checked and packaged in perfect condition before leaving our premises. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue.

In the rare event this occurs, please email us at returns@havenlyhouseandhome.com.au with the following details:

  • Time and date stamped photos of the item and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Upon review, we may offer a replacement of the same product or a product of equal value. Calm & Cozy reserves the right to refuse a replacement at their discretion.
