Shake packaging gently to loosen any settled salts.
Pour a generous amount of mineral-rich salt into warm, running water swirl until dissolved.
Immerse your body, relax and soak for at least 15 minutes.
Inhale deeply and immerse yourself in indulgence.
When finished bathing, gently pat skin dry.
If desired, rinse your body after bathing & apply moisturiser to seal in hydration.
Add salts directly to bath or scoop into cloth pouch to infuse and contain botanicals.

Keep hydrated! Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration whilst bathing
Take care when entering & exiting the bath as oil residue may make bath surface slippery
