  • Shake packaging gently to loosen any settled salts.
  • Pour a generous amount of mineral-rich salt into warm, running water swirl until dissolved.
  • Immerse your body, relax and soak for at least 15 minutes.
  • Inhale deeply and immerse yourself in indulgence.
  • When finished bathing, gently pat skin dry.
  • If desired, rinse your body after bathing & apply moisturiser to seal in hydration.
  • Add salts directly to bath or scoop into cloth pouch to infuse and contain botanicals.
  • Keep hydrated! Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration whilst bathing
  • Take care when entering & exiting the bath as oil residue may make bath surface slippery
  • Prior To Use: Patch test – If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
  • Seek advice from your health professional if pregnant, nursing, have heart/kidney disease, use with children or have any health or skin conditions, skin allergies or sensitivities
  • Do not ingest
  • Keep away from face, eyes and mouth
  • Do not use if skin is broken, has any open wound, infection or burn
  • Rinse bath immediately after bathing to remove any residue and prevent staining
  • Avoid dried botanicals going in or down the drain. Remove before letting the water out and dispose of in your bin

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your parcel has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the time of year:

  • Standard delivery: 3–14 business days after dispatch
  • Please allow extra time during peak and holiday seasons

You can track your order via the AusPost app or by entering your tracking number on the Australia Post website.

  • Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels: Calm & Cozy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they have been lodged with Australia Post. Should this occur, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for change of mind, incorrect orders, or on sale items.
  • Damaged Items: Every order is packaged with care. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for further information.
  • Order Finality: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Please check your cart and delivery details carefully before completing payment.

Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there has been an error on our part.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for:

  • Incorrect orders placed at checkout
  • Sale items

Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, the sale is final and no changes can be made. Please ensure all items are in your cart and your shipping address is correct before completing payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
All items are carefully checked and packaged in perfect condition before leaving our premises. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue.

In the rare event this occurs, please email us at returns@havenlyhouseandhome.com.au with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Time and date stamped photos of the item and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Upon review, we may offer a replacement of the same product or a product of equal value. Calm & Cozy reserves the right to refuse a replacement at their discretion.

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, Calm & Cozy has no control over handling, delivery timeframes, or the condition of the package in transit. For missing, lost, or stolen parcels, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
