Melt into soothing relaxation with our Luxury Aromatherapy Heat Pack by Murray’s Goat – a beautifully handmade essential crafted for warmth, ease and self-care.

Made from ultra-soft 100% cotton with a luxurious micro-suede feel, each heat pack is generously filled with Australian-grown lupins and botanicals for natural comfort and gentle aromatherapy benefits. The shape and size (25cm x 14cm) make it ideal for relieving sore muscles, easing cramps, or simply unwinding after a long day.

Designed to reflect the earthy tones of our sunburnt country, each piece is handcrafted in the Yarra Valley using premium fabrics and calming botanicals that connect you to nature with every use.

from 100% cotton and Lupins. Put in the microwave for 1 minute then for 30 seconds each
time until you reach your desired heat.

DO NOT HEAT FOR MORE THAN 2 MINUTES.

Do not heat if there is moisture in the heat pack. Let your heat pack dry naturally. These
heat packs can also be used as cold packs, ensure that you put your Lupin pack in a snap
lock bag before putting in the freezer to use as a cold pack. We do not recommend using
this Lupin pack for both cold and heat, try to use only with one or the other as moisture may
cause them to catch fire in the microwave.

DO NOT WASH!! SPOT CLEAN ONLY WITH A DAMP CLOTH

Not Recommended for people who may have reduced awareness of temperature or feeling
in their skin, e.g Diabetics, people with nerve damage, or people with an impairment that
prevents them from recognizing they may be burnt. It is important to carefully follow these
instructions as overheating or inappropriate use may cause injury or fire.

Inventory & Availability
We aim to keep most products in stock, however in some cases items may require additional preparation. If additional time is required, this will be communicated to you promptly.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor your delivery through the Australia Post website or app.

Damaged Parcels: All orders are carefully packed. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist.

Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalised products
Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (once approved) and then place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether a refund has been approved.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
