Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being received.

Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • VIC, QLD, NSW, ACT, NT, SA, TAS: 1–10 business days
  • WA: 10–14 business days

Courier Services & Tracking
We use trusted carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Important Information

  • Postal Delays: Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. Any delays should be followed up directly with the carrier.
  • Incorrect Information: Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels.
  • Product Care: While every effort is made to package items securely, please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged so we can assist.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your parcel if an item is faulty or damaged. We will organise a replacement once we’ve been notified.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you wish to return an item, you will be issued with a store credit once your return has been received and inspected.

Important Notes on Store Credit

  • Store credit can only be redeemed on Simply Amore products.
  • Credit will be issued once the returned parcel has arrived back in its original condition and packaging.
  • Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer care team at returns@havenlyhouseandhome.com.au with your order details. Our team will provide you with the return instructions.

When returning your parcel, please include one of the following for reference:

  • Order name
  • Order email
  • Order number

All returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery in original packaging.

Sale Items
Sale items are final and cannot be returned. No store credit will be issued for sale purchases.

Orders may be cancelled prior to packing and fulfilment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

A 5% cancellation fee will apply, which will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover non-refundable service fees.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
