Orders are usually dispatched within 3–4 working days from the time of purchase. If, for any reason, the delivery timeframe is expected to be longer than this, our team will contact you promptly. You will have the option to either proceed with the order or cancel for a full refund.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at returns@havenlyhouseandhome.com.au. We will always do our best to accommodate your request, provided your order has not yet been dispatched.

Please note:

  • If you request a change or cancellation after 48 hours from placing your order, a fee may apply to cover costs incurred, including transportation and administration expenses.
  • Any applicable fees will not exceed 50% of the total order value.
  • Once your order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be processed.

We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that you are not happy with for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order, provided it is in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • As all Shakiraaz Homewares pieces are handmade and handprinted, slight variations in colour, print, or texture are natural characteristics and not considered faults.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at returns@havenlyhouseandhome.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions for shipping your parcel.
  3. Pack your item securely with the original invoice, using the original packaging where possible. Please ensure boxed items are enclosed in a satchel to prevent damage.
  4. Ship your parcel via your local Post Office. For peace of mind, we recommend registered post with tracking and insurance.
  5. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect and process it within 24 hours.
  6. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been approved and processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved.
